Di ChengGong America Automotive Composite Plastics LLC specializes in low-VOC polypropylene (PP) compounds and functional polymer coatings. By combining engineered micro/mesoporous adsorbents with thin-film deposition, we cut VOCs and odor without sacrificing mechanics or processing efficiency. We provide end-to-end support—from material selection and custom formulation to IMDS/PPAP documentation and SOP launch—for automotive interior components and surface-functionalized films for flexible electronics and battery separators.
